The Performance Racing Industry Show in Orlando, Florida (we must thank Jalopnik for the scoop) and comes with a multitude of upgrades. The 2013 Cobra Jet Mustang (M-FR400-C) is lighter, comes with a roll cage and uses an electric power steering. Ford Racing has also tweaked the braking system and the suspension.
Power comes from two versions of a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine: the first one uses natural aspiration, while the second uses a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger. Ford Racing is asking $85,490 (EUR63,390) for each of the 50 units that are scheduled to arrive on the market.
